Product return form
The return of the products to us does not automatically result in replacement, replacing claims shall be investigated case by case. It is the declarant's responsibility and cost to return the products declared on the form. If the quality objection is subsequently proven to be legitimate, “D és Tsa Bt.” is obliged to reimburse the consumer for the costs associated with the return.
